WisdmLabs is looking for Business Development Associate to join our growing team to drive growth in the open-source custom eLearning services business.
Responsibilities:
Demonstrable ability to be able to generate leads and convert them into clients via tactical interventions such as email outbound, cold-calling, leveraging social media.
Manage the complete sales cycle, from identifying prospects to closing deals, ensuring a thorough understanding and execution of sales strategies.
Engage with potential clients through calls and video conferencing to understand their objectives, aligning them with WisdmLabs' capabilities.
Prepare and refine emails and proposals to clearly communicate WisdmLabs' solutions and strategies to prospective and current clients.
Balance client requirements and WisdmLabs' service standards to develop contracts and project plans that ensure mutual success.
Maintain and enhance client relationships through regular follow-ups, ensuring exceptional service delivery in collaboration with client and production teams.
