About the Role
:
We are looking for a results-driven and strategic Business Development Executive with 3-4 years of experience in international business development, particularly in the USA and UK markets. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in lead generation, client acquisition, relationship building, and sales pipeline management, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify potential clients.
Generate and qualify leads through outbound strategies - LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and networking.
Pitch and present company services/solutions to potential clients via virtual meetings, calls, and proposals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to increase revenue opportunities.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals tailored to the client's needs.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, and post-sale client handover. Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, delivery, technical) to ensure customer satisfaction and successful onboarding.
Track, report, and optimize performance metrics and CRM entries for business development activities.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities in international markets.
Requirements:
Strong understanding of the sales process in markets.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and lead generation platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
Ability to work independently and manage time across different time zones.Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
Preferred Skills (Bonus):
Experience selling B2B technology or consulting services.
Familiarity with proposal tools, lead generation automation, and analytics.
Exposure to trade shows, virtual events, or outbound campaigns in global markets.
