Job Description

A fast-growing outsourcing call center providing top-tier services like telemarketing, customer support, data collection, and market monitoring. We are expanding our international team and looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to drive new client growth.

Location: Sector 49, Gurugram

Position: Remote - Shift Timings: 10 AM - 7 PM IST

Experience: 2+ years in B2B sales (preferably in outsourcing/call center/)

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities

Generate leads via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Clutch, Apollo, Crunchbase, etc.

Conduct market research and industry analysis

Build strong client relationships and deliver proposals/presentations

Communicate service value and provide excellent support

Stay updated on trends in the BPO/call center industry

This job includes occasional business trips

Requirements:



Proven B2B sales and client acquisition experience in outsourcing/call centers

Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills

Proficiency in CRM tools and lead gen platforms

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Languages: Hindi, English - both professional on level
