Key Responsibilities:
Identify new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and networking events.
Understand client requirements and pitch appropriate IT services such as web development, mobile apps, cloud solutions, or managed services.
Schedule meetings, conduct presentations/demos, and maintain consistent follow-ups.
Collaborate with technical teams to craft customized proposals and solution documents.
Manage the full sales cycle--from lead generation to deal closure.
Maintain and update CRM tools for lead tracking, sales forecasting, and reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in business development or IT services sales.
Knowledge of software development processes and technology solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills--both written and verbal.
Proven ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with domestic and/or international clients.
Understanding of digital transformation, SaaS, and cloud-based services.
Network of potential clients or prior exposure to tech/business ecosystem.
