Responsibilities



Identify and generate new

patient leads from the USA

using a variety of platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, health-related forums, patient groups, email campaigns, and online communities. Research and segment potential target demographics, including those seeking second opinions, elective treatments, or cross-border medical care. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Negotiate contracts and agreements with potential clients to secure profitable deals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development efforts with company goals. Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities. Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth. Prepare regular reports on business development activities and outcomes.

Experience



Proven experience in business development or sales roles, demonstrating a track record of achieving targets. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Experience in strategic planning and project management is highly desirable. Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively. A solid understanding of market dynamics and industry trends relevant to our business sector. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
