Job Summary:

We seek a highly motivated and results-driven

Business Development Executive (BDE)

to manage and grow our presence on freelancing platforms like

Fiverr, Upwork, Freelancer, PeoplePerHour, and Guru

. The ideal candidate will generate leads, create proposals, close deals, and maintain client relationships through online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize company profiles on platforms like

Fiverr, Upwork, Freelancer, etc.

Regularly

search for relevant projects

, bid effectively, and write compelling proposals. Communicate with potential clients, understand their requirements, and convert them into successful business deals. Coordinate with internal teams (design, development, content, etc.) to ensure project deliverables match client expectations. Follow up on leads, maintain CRM, and ensure a high conversion rate. Stay updated with platform policies, trending services, and client preferences. Suggest strategies to improve online visibility, reviews, and ranking of the profiles. Handle client queries, negotiate pricing, and manage project timelines. Build long-term relationships with recurring clients and encourage repeat business.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in

online bidding on Upwork, Fiverr

, or similar platforms (1-3 years preferred). Excellent

written and verbal English communication skills

. Strong

understanding of digital services

like web/app development, graphic design, SEO, content writing, etc. Ability to

create tailored proposals

and present ideas clearly and professionally. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively. Familiarity with

project management tools

like Trello, Slack, etc. (optional but preferred). Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
