Business Development Executive

role for a

Recruitment Firm (

remote) with min 1 year work experience in Corporate Clients dealing

with a focus on

good communication skills, R&D, drafting strong emails

Timings -

10 am - 3.30pm (unless any client schedule post 3pm which can be easily) (take lunch break of 30 mins)

Mon - Friday

attend only calls for Saturday

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities for recruitment services. Reach out to potential clients via email, LinkedIn, and calls. Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their hiring needs. Schedule meetings OR Calls with potential clients via Zoom/ Googlemeets or for Co Director F2F Maintain GOOGLE SHEETS and prepare regular reports on lead status and conversion to share with Co Director work closely with Director on daily basis

Requirements:

Minimum

1 year of experience

in business development, Advantage if preferably in the recruitment or staffing industry. Excellent

verbal and written communication skills

. Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities. Comfortable with cold outreach and handling objections. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting. Familiarity with Research, LinkedIn, email tools, AI tools, ChatGpt and googlesheet Genuiney unable to GO OUT AND WORK FOR VARIOUS RESONS or MBA and done internship in Corporate Sales

Preferred Skills:

Prior experience working in a remote environment (would be great advantage) Knowledge of recruitment lifecycle and client acquisition in the HR domain. Strong research and lead-generation capabilities.
