Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities from potential clients across various industries. Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term collaboration. Pitch recruitment and placement services to companies through calls, emails, and virtual meetings. Understand client hiring needs and coordinate with the recruitment team for successful closures. Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets. Prepare and maintain reports on client interactions and business development activities.

Requirements:

Experience:

1-2 years of experience in business development, client acquisition, or sales in the

Recruitment/HR industry

.

Education:

Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR/Marketing preferred).

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory.

Technical Skills:

Must have own

laptop

and good internet connectivity for remote working.

Soft Skills:

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
