Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly revenue targets.
Generate and convert leads through networking, calling, and outreach activities.
Build and maintain relationships with brokers, investors, and agencies.
Engage with clients, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable projects.
Conduct property site visits, open houses, and showcase events.
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: client engagement, negotiation, and closure.
Ensure client satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
2-6 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate (Noida market advantage).
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Must own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler.
Willing to travel across Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad, and Gurugram for client meetings/site visits.
Confident, target-oriented, and self-motivated.
