About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic
Business Development Executive (BDE)
to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales, client acquisition, and business growth within the real estate sector. You will be responsible for driving revenue, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential and commercial real estate.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and channel partners.
Conduct market research to identify trends and potential areas for growth.
Manage end-to-end sales processes -- from lead generation to deal closure.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and project handovers.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate business development or sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for achieving targets.
Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
