Position : Business Development Executive (Real Estate)
Location : Pune
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Generate leads through calls, follow-ups, and online inquiries
Handle client coordination, meetings, and relationship building
Conduct property walkthroughs and site visits with clients
Maintain updated CRM records and manage the sales funnel
Work towards monthly revenue and conversion targets
Skills Required
Strong communication & persuasion skills
Confidence in client handling and sales closing
Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media
Professional presentation and follow-up discipline
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Eligibility
Any graduate (BBA, MBA, BCom, Mass Media, Marketing preferred)
0-3 years of sales or marketing experience
Must be based in Pune or willing to relocate
