Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Executive to drive growth within our expanding real estate division based in Gurugram, Haryana.
Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Support business growth through new client acquisition and follow-ups
  • Coordinate with internal teams to understand project requirements
  • Track leads, maintain client communication, and support closures
  • Observe market trends and assist in identifying new opportunities
Requirements
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in Real Estate / Construction Sales or Business Development.
  • Strong expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage end-to-end sales cycles, follow-ups, and closures.
  • Prior experience in the construction / real estate industry is an added advantage.
