Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Handle and respond to inquiries/leads received through websites, referrals, social platforms, and campaigns.
  • Assess and qualify leads according to predefined factors such as budget, service suitability, and timelines.
  • Carry out initial interactions with potential clients (email/phone/WhatsApp) to create interest and establish rapport.
  • Keep in touch with non-priority leads by sharing information packs or scheduling follow-up calls.
  • Ensure prompt responses to all inquiries (within 24 hours).
  • Provide regular updates to the Management through daily/weekly reports on lead status and progress.
Education Qualification: Graduate - Specialization in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing preferred.

Experience Required: 1-3 years in sales / client-facing role (Branding agencies, IT, or B2B services preferred).
