Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle and respond to inquiries/leads received through websites, referrals, social platforms, and campaigns.
Assess and qualify leads according to predefined factors such as budget, service suitability, and timelines.
Carry out initial interactions with potential clients (email/phone/WhatsApp) to create interest and establish rapport.
Keep in touch with non-priority leads by sharing information packs or scheduling follow-up calls.
Ensure prompt responses to all inquiries (within 24 hours).
Provide regular updates to the Management through daily/weekly reports on lead status and progress.
Education Qualification: Graduate - Specialization in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing preferred. No. of Position Vacant: 1 Experience Required: 1-3 years in sales / client-facing role (Branding agencies, IT, or B2B services preferred). Location: Rajkot
