Key Responsibilities:1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and research potential clients through online platforms, networking, and cold outreach.
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline of qualified leads.
Contact prospective clients via email, phone calls, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
2. Sales & Client Acquisition
Present, promote, and sell software products and services to existing and prospective clients.
Conduct product demos and tailor presentations to meet customer needs.
Negotiate terms of agreement and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Follow up with leads to convert them into long-term customers.
3. Marketing & Brand Promotion
Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute campaigns to generate interest and awareness of software products.
Participate in online and offline marketing initiatives such as webinars, conferences, and digital marketing campaigns.
Gather market intelligence to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
4. Relationship Management
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Provide excellent post-sale support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Act as a liaison between clients and internal technical teams.
5. Reporting & Strategy
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, lead status, and market feedback.
Contribute to sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting activities.
Suggest improvements in the sales and marketing process for better performance.
