The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in outbound sales, with a strong focus on customer relationship management, lead generation, and revenue growth.
Qualifications and Skills

• Proven track record in outbound sales, understanding of sales strategies and processes.
• Must have telecalling experience with confidence in telecalling and the ability to engage potential clients effectively.
• Good English speaking skills to communicate persuasively and clearly with clients.
• Strong negotiation skills (Mandatory skill) essential for closing deals and fostering beneficial agreements.
• Customer relationship management (Mandatory skill) ability to manage and nurture relationships effectively for long-term success.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and provide tailored solutions.
• Experience in achieving and surpassing sales targets while maintaining high performance.
• Proficiency in CRM software for tracking sales activities and managing client interactions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build meaningful professional relationships.

• Conduct outbound sales calls and generate leads to strengthen the company's market position.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term business success.
