Business Development Executive - Projects

to join our dynamic team at Markaz Knowledge City, Kaithapoyil. This role requires a candidate with a

Civil Engineering background

, who can effectively manage

client relationships

in the early stages and actively contribute to

project coordination

once execution begins.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for clients and manage customer relations Confidently present project details, timelines, and cost estimates to prospective clients Coordinate communication between clients and technical teams Ensure

proper documentation

of all project discussions, proposals, and client interactions Take ownership of

continuous follow-up

with clients and internal teams to ensure project progress Prepare and submit regular

reports

to management regarding inquiries, updates, and status Support project planning and assist on-site once the work begins Handle

multiple tasks efficiently

, including client meetings, technical coordination, and administrative follow-ups Stay adaptable to shifting responsibilities as the project progresses
