Job Title: Business Development Executive - Pharmacy and Clinic

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving growth for our pharmacy and clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the pharmacy and clinic industry.

2. Business Opportunity Identification: Identify potential business opportunities, such as partnerships, acquisitions, or new services.

3. Strategic Partnership Development: Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, payers, and other stakeholders.

4. Sales and Marketing: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute business development strategies.

5. Proposal Development: Develop proposals and presentations to pitch business opportunities to potential partners or clients.

6. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with partners, clients, or vendors.

7. Project Management: Manage business development projects, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.

8. Performance Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze business development metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve performance.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree/ Masters'sdegree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.

2. Experience: Minimum 2 - 10 years of business development experience in the healthcare or pharmacy industry.

3. Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

4 Age: 23 - 32 years

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
