Job Description

We are hiring a

Business Development Executive (BDE)

for our IT services company. The primary responsibility will be

bidding on Upwork

and other freelancing platforms to generate qualified IT leads. The candidate must be dedicated, confident in English communication, and comfortable working night shifts aligned with international clients.

Key Responsibilities



Bid on

Upwork

for IT-related projects (Web, Mobile, Shopify, SaaS, etc.) Write customized and high-conversion proposals Communicate with international clients via chat, email, and calls Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team Maintain lead records, follow-ups, and client communication Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets

Requirements



Minimum Qualification:

Graduate (mandatory)

English:

Excellent written and spoken English (mandatory)

IT Knowledge:

Basic to good understanding of IT services & technologies Experience with

Upwork bidding

or freelancing platforms (preferred) Ability to work

dedicated night shifts

Strong proposal writing and negotiation skills

Preferred (Plus Point)



Prior experience in IT sales / BDE role Knowledge of Shopify, Web Development, Mobile Apps, AI, or SaaS Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking
