Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven

Business Development Executive (BDE)

with proven experience in

Upwork bidding and lead generation

for

IT services

. The ideal candidate should be skilled in acquiring projects related to

Mobile Application Development, Web Applications, UI/UX Design, and Node.js development

through Upwork and other freelancing platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities

Identify and bid on relevant projects on

Upwork

for Mobile, Web, UI/UX, and Node.js services Write customized and persuasive proposals aligned with client requirements Generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term clients Communicate with international clients via chat, calls, and emails Understand project requirements and coordinate with technical teams Handle price negotiation, proposal follow-ups, and deal closures Maintain CRM records and daily bidding reports Build and manage long-term client relationships

Required Skills

1-3 years of

hands-on experience with Upwork bidding

Strong understanding of

IT services

: Mobile App Development Web Applications UI/UX Design Node.js / MERN stack Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to generate leads and close deals Experience in client negotiation and requirement analysis Familiarity with proposal strategies and Upwork algorithms

Good to Have

Experience with Freelancer, Fiverr, or other platforms Knowledge of CRM tools Understanding of project costing and timelines
