As a
Business Development Executive
, you will be at the forefront of client acquisition, lead generation, and for sales outreach. You will work closely with the marketing and tech teams to convert leads into opportunities and support the growth of our AI product.
Responsibilities :
Conduct
cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
to prospective clients.
Develop effective sales & outreach strategies to meet targets.
Use CRM tools to track leads, manage pipelines, and optimize conversion rates.
Manage end-to-end outreach automation workflows, including messaging, follow-ups, and conversion tracking.
Identify and approach potential B2B clients.
Collaborate with the marketing & tech teams to convert leads into business opportunities.
Stay updated on
AI tools, technology trends, and market developments
to enhance outreach effectiveness.
Requirements :
Freshers to 2 years of experience candidates with good knowledge of sales outreach.
Good understanding of managing
outreach automation
processes.
Target-oriented with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
Strong verbal communication & presentation skills.
Basic knowledge of AI, SaaS, and B2B tech products.
Familiarity with AI related marketing tools( Hubspot AI, Mailchimp with AI features etc).
Ability to learn and adapt to new AI and tech tools quickly.
