Job Description

Flymedia Technology is a leading digital marketing company in Ludhiana. We are looking to expand our team in sales and marketing. If you have 1 to 2 years of experience in sales or marketing or any other banking sector, you can apply for this role. To coordinate, manage, and support the daily sales marketing functions and initiatives, identifying new customer and business opportunities.

Responsibility:

Increase sales through the identification of new customers. Develop a detailed database of potential new customers/clients for the business. Plan and implement a sales strategy plan, regularly updating the management team on progress. Analysis and feedback of sales performance. Maintain comprehensive records and analysis on all sales marketing activity Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.

Requirments

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. Strong understanding of sales processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. Strong organizational and time management skills.
