Department: Sales & Business Development - IT Sales
Experience: 2 - 8 months
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential clients in target industries (IT, startups, tech firms, etc.)
Generate and qualify leads through cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other digital channels
Understand and present company services (Web Development, SaaS, AI, etc.) to prospects
Assist in preparing pitch decks, proposals, and demos with support from the tech team
Maintain lead data in CRM and follow up on conversations
Collaborate with marketing for content alignment and lead nurturing
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Eagerness to learn about B2B sales and software development services
Comfortable with LinkedIn, Gmail, and basic CRM tools
Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
Ability to work independently and in a team
Compensation:
