We are looking for dynamic, motivated, and growth-driven individuals to join our team as Business Development Executives (BDEs). The role is open for both fresh graduates seeking internships and experienced candidates for full-time positions. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales, client management, and business strategy while contributing to company growth.
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and market research.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and pitches for potential clients.
Support client outreach via calls, emails, and meetings.
Conduct competitor and market analysis to support sales strategies.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align business goals.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities.
Meet assigned targets and contribute to overall team success.
Qualifications Required
Education: BBA, MBA (preferred).
Other Graduates (BCA, MCA, B.sc (IT/CS) B.Com, B.Sc, B.Tech, etc.) with relevant business development / sales / marketing skills may also apply.
Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a team.
Familiarity with MS Office, basic computer & internet skills, CRM tools, and digital platforms will be an added advantage.
For Full-Time Role
Salary: ₹1.2/1.8 LPA - ?2.16/2.4/3.00 LPA (based on qualifications & years of experience).
Performance-based incentives & bonuses.
Travel allowance (if applicable).
Probation of 3-6 months for freshers based on interview.

Incentives
5-10% of incentives are separate for every lead/sale on a monthly basis for the B2B and B2C.
For Internship
Stipend: ₹0/5,000 - ?5,000/10,000 per month (experience, skills, performance-based).
Internship Certificate upon completion.
Internship 2-6 months for freshers/students based on interview.
Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) opportunity for top performers.
Hands-on exposure to real business development activities.

Terms & Conditions
Probation period: 3-6 months for full-time employees.
Internship duration: Minimum 2-6 months.
All employees/interns must maintain professional conduct and follow company policies.
Confidentiality of client data and company information must be strictly maintained.
All work completed during tenure will remain the intellectual property of the company.
Non-performance or violation of terms may lead to termination of employment/internship.
Minimum 6 months of job work is mandatory for full-time employees if they are joining us. One month notice period if they want to leave the company. Otherwise 2 months salary penalty will be implemented and legal action can be taken for the fraud employment.
