Key Responsibilities:

Identify, generate, and manage business opportunities through online platforms like

Upwork, LinkedIn, and other bidding portals

. Write proposals and interact with international clients to convert leads into successful projects. Collaborate with the

development and UI/UX teams

to understand project requirements and client expectations. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high client satisfaction. Prepare business development strategies to achieve company growth objectives.

Required Skills & Experience:

1-2 years

of proven experience as a

Business Development Executive

or similar role in an IT services company. Strong hands-on experience working on

Upwork

and other freelance platforms. Good understanding of

software development processes

and

UI/UX design

principles. Excellent

communication, negotiation, and presentation

skills. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
