results-driven Business Development Executive

to strengthen our

Enterprise Sales

Role Overview





As a

Business Development Executive - Enterprise Sales

, you will:

Prospect and qualify high-value enterprise opportunities. Lead targeted outreach to engage senior decision-makers. Present XenonStack's

AI, Cloud, and Data

solutions in a consultative manner. Convert prospects into paying clients and identify expansion opportunities within accounts.

Key Responsibilities



1. Prospecting & Lead Generation



Identify and research target enterprise accounts using a structured approach. Build a qualified pipeline through strategic outreach and networking.

2. Enterprise Engagement



Initiate conversations via

cold calling, targeted email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach

. Engage with

C-level executives and key stakeholders

to establish trust and interest.

3. Solution-Oriented Selling



Understand complex client challenges and map XenonStack solutions to their needs. Deliver tailored presentations and ROI-driven business cases.

4. Sales Cycle Management



Guide prospects through the complete sales process -- from discovery to contract closure. Collaborate with delivery and customer success teams for smooth onboarding.

5. Account Conversion & Expansion



Close enterprise deals and work with account teams to

identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities

.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration



Work closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to refine go-to-market strategies. Share market insights and feedback to influence product development.

What Makes You a Great Fit



Experience



2+ years

in B2B sales, preferably in technology or SaaS. Proven record of

lead conversion and revenue generation

in enterprise markets.

Sales Skills



Proficient in

consultative, solution-based selling

. Strong command of

the full sales cycle

-- prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and closing.

Communication



Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. Skilled in negotiation with senior executives.

Proficiency in
