Key Responsibilities

Search and bid on projects related to

Web and App Development

(Upwork is the main platform) Write customized, high-quality proposals for each client Communicate directly with clients to understand their needs Coordinate with the technical team for project scope and estimation Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships Monitor bidding results and optimize strategy for better conversions

Minimum

2 years of experience

in

Upwork bidding

for IT/web projects Good knowledge of services like

Web Development, Laravel, ReactJS, WordPress, etc.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Experience with

Fiverr

LinkedIn outreach

, or other freelancing platforms is a plus
