What We Are Looking for:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other means.

Client Engagement:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Market Research:

Analyze market trends and competitors to identify potential growth areas.

Sales Strategy:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company objectives.

Negotiation:

Prepare proposals and negotiate terms to secure new contracts.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align business development strategies.

Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular updates to management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field. 2-3 years of experience in business development or sales. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Excellent negotiation skills and strategic thinking. Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
