Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and networking.
Conduct market research to understand client needs and identify potential leads.
Schedule and attend client meetings (virtual/in-person) to present the company's services or products.
Maintain and update CRM/database with leads and client information.
Follow up on leads and build strong client relationships.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Assist in creating proposals, presentations, and sales documentation.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to improve outreach and client engagement.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
6 months to 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or a client-facing role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
