to be a driving force in expanding our presence and impact within the educational landscape. You'll champion our innovative solutions, forge critical partnerships, and play a direct role in the success of schools, colleges, and educational organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Expansion & Growth:
Actively
identify and close new business opportunities
across the entire educational sector (K-12, Higher Ed, etc.).
Strategic Partnerships:
Build, nurture, and maintain robust, long-term relationships
with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the education community.
Product Advocacy:
Become an expert in our solutions, conducting
compelling presentations
to effectively communicate their value proposition to prospective clients.
Collaborative Strategy:
Partner with the Marketing team to design and execute
high-impact lead generation and sales campaigns
.
Performance Excellence:
Consistently meet and exceed demanding sales targets
by successfully securing new accounts and partnerships.
Voice of the Client:
Gather valuable
client feedback and market intelligence
and relay it to Product Development teams to inform and inspire future innovations.
Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare detailed, regular reports on sales performance, emerging
market trends
, and competitive activity.
Industry Insight:
Stay current with all industry developments and competitor moves to ensure we maintain a
competitive edge
.
Requirements:
Education:
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a closely related discipline.
Experience:
Demonstrated
success in sales or business development
. Prior experience in the
Ed-Tech
industry is a significant advantage.
Core Skills:
Exceptional ability to
communicate, present, and negotiate
effectively.
Work Style:
Proven capacity to
thrive both independently and within a highly collaborative team structure
.
Technical Proficiency:
Competency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience utilizing
CRM software
.
Language (A Plus):
Fluency in both
English and Malayalam
is a bonus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
