Job Description

Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the machine manufacturing sector through market research, networking, and lead generation. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and business partners. Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Conduct in-depth consultations and presentations to showcase our company's products and services, demonstrating the value proposition and competitive advantages. Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to ensure that client requirements are understood and can be effectively met. Prepare and present compelling business proposals and negotiate terms and conditions with potential clients. Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition. Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the organization. Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand professional network and promote the company's products and services. Provide regular reports on sales activities, business development progress, and market insights to the management team.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A technical background in machine manufacturing is highly desirable. Proven experience in business development or sales roles within the machine manufacturing industry, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. In-depth knowledge of machine manufacturing processes, technologies, and industry trends. Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and analyze market dynamics, customer needs, and competitor strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Exceptional negotiation and persuasive skills, with a focus on delivering win-win outcomes for both the company and clients. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant business tools. Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
