Identify and connect with overseas employers and recruitment agencies for manpower supply partnerships.
Build long-term relationships with clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, and video meetings.
Manage end-to-end coordination for business proposals, documentation, and agreements.
Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of manpower requirements.
Maintain detailed reports of leads, calls, and correspondence.
Achieve monthly business development targets and contribute to company growth.
Required Skills
Excellent communication skills in English & Malayalam (Hindi is an added advantage).
Confident in handling phone calls, client meetings, and online communication.
Basic knowledge of international recruitment or HR (preferred but not mandatory).
Strong computer literacy (MS Office, Email, LinkedIn, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business).
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and good team player.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Qualification: Degree / Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or any related field.
Experience: 0-3 years in business development, marketing, or recruitment.
Freshers with good communication and passion for marketing are encouraged to apply.
