Role Overview:



We are hiring a results-driven Business Development Executive to lead our outreach and partnership initiatives. This role involves meeting HR teams of corporates, banks, schools, housing societies, and government offices to build relationships and organize free eye check-up camps, awareness sessions, and knowledge sharing sessions. This is a field-oriented role with high interaction and visibility.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and approach potential partners (corporates, banks, MNCs, housing societies, schools, etc.) for tie-ups and regular camp activities Schedule and conduct meetings to present Arohi Eye Hospital's services and value offerings. Pitch and organize free eye check-up camps, wellness talks, and vision screening programs. Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients and HR/Admin teams. Coordinate with internal clinical and operations teams for smooth execution of camps. Maintain and update a database of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and conversions. Achieve monthly and quarterly partnership and outreach targets. Represent the hospital professionally and uphold its brand image at all times.

Who We're Looking For:



Experience: 1-3 years in business development, corporate sales, healthcare outreach, or marketing. Industry: Preferably from hospitals, diagnostics, wellness, insurance, or pharmaceutical background. Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, strong interpersonal and networking abilities, confident in pitching and presenting to decision-makers, good negotiation and closing skills, basic understanding of healthcare is a plus. Personality: Outgoing, presentable, self-motivated, and organized. Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, Hindi, Marathi Tech-savvy: Comfortable with CRM tools, emails, Excel, and basic reporting. Travel: Willingness to travel within the city for meetings and camps.

Monday to Saturday (Some Sunday events may be required - with compensatory offs)

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
