- In this role you will:
Research and build targeted account lists in the sales, support, and recruitment segments.
Execute outbound prospecting through cold calling, personalized emails, and social media
engagement.
Educate prospects about potential of Generative Voice AI and helping them reimagine what is
possible.
Qualify prospects by deeply understanding their challenges/needs and aligning them with
Rootle's capabilities.
Work closely with the sales team to share feedback, address objections, and align messaging.
Track key KPIs related to outbound sales activities (conversion rates, lead quality, outreach
effectiveness) and report regularly.
Collaborate with the sales leadership to analyse data and continuously refine and adjust
outreach strategies based on feedback for better results.
? Qualifications
1 to 3 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or similar roles.
Stellar communication skills (verbal and written) in English, with the ability to engage
stakeholders across seniority levels.
A proven track record of securing qualified meetings through outbound prospecting.
Demonstrated ability in building opportunity-sized lead lists in new markets or categories.
Strong follow-up habits, and ability to handle and prioritize high lead volumes.
Self-motivated and proactive, comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
Resilient and adaptable mindset, with a solutions-first attitude.
Experience using prospecting tools like Apollo, Lusha, etc.
Proficiency with CRMs like Zoho (or similar) and familiarity with modern sales/marketing tech
stacks.
