Role Overview

The Business Development Executive will drive the company's outreach and revenue growth. The role focuses on generating enquiries, nurturing leads, and representing Rooman Technologies in colleges and institutions. This person will act as the

eye, ear, and voice

of the company in the market, and take ownership of business development outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Generate enquiries for IT courses through college presentations, seminars, and direct outreach. Follow up and convert assigned leads through consistent communication and relationship building. Plan, organize, and deliver presentations in colleges, clearly explaining features, advantages, and benefits of IT courses. Track lead progress and maintain timely follow-ups until closure. Work closely with the internal team to meet enquiry and conversion targets. Contribute to business planning, budgeting, and execution with the team. Represent the company's values, offerings, and goals confidently in the field. Take full ownership of business development results for the assigned territory. Collaborate in team strategy and execution, while carrying primary responsibility for outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in selling services (training, education, consulting, or IT services preferred). Strong communication and presentation skills. Experience in service sector sales is a must. Self-driven, responsible, and comfortable with college and institutional outreach. Ability to plan and execute independently with a team mindset.

Additional Notes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,500.00 per month
