Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented

Business Development Executive (BDE)

to identify business opportunities, generate leads, and convert prospects into customers. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, negotiation abilities, and a passion for sales and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities. Generate leads through cold calling, emails, networking, and online platforms. Schedule meetings and give product/service presentations. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions. Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts. Close deals and achieve sales targets. Maintain CRM records and reports. Conduct market research and competitor analysis. Collaborate with marketing and technical teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:Sales & Business Skills:

Strong sales and closing skills Lead generation and prospecting techniques CRM knowledge (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot) Proposal writing and documentation Negotiation and objection handling
Soft Skills:

Excellent communication skills Relationship-building ability Confidence and persuasion Time management
Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
