We are looking for a dynamic and driven
Business Development Executive
to expand our institutional partnerships and student enrollment channels, while also contributing to technology service sales.
Key Responsibilities
Primary -- Eduvate Skills (Training Division)
Identify, approach, and build tie-ups with engineering and MCA colleges.
Conduct presentations, seminars, and workshops in colleges to promote our training programs.
Generate student leads through college outreach, events, and direct engagement.
Convert student leads into enrollments for training programs.
Maintain strong relationships with college authorities, placement cells, and student communities.
Track and manage student enrollment pipeline and ensure monthly targets are met.
Generate leads for web development, digital marketing, and software development services.
Pitch IT services to potential business clients and convert them into sales.
Coordinate with internal technical teams to support client needs and proposals.
Qualifications & Skills
Required:
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred but not mandatory).
Prior experience in business development, student counseling, or institutional sales preferred.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Ability to meet sales and enrollment targets consistently.
Self-driven, confident, and comfortable with field work and travelling to colleges.
Preferred:
Experience in the education/ed-tech sector or tech service sales.
Understanding of IT training programs and software services.
