Primary Objective:

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Market Research:
Identify potential clients (builders, developers, architects, corporates, government bodies).
Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
Build a database of upcoming projects and tenders.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
Approach clients through calls, emails, or site visits.
Present company profile, past projects, and capabilities.
Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
Tendering & Proposal Support:
Assist in preparing proposals, BOQs, and quotations.
Coordinate with estimators, architects, and project teams to submit accurate bids.
Sales & Revenue Growth:
Convert leads into sales.
Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Upsell and cross-sell construction services (interiors, civil, MEP, etc.).
Site & Project Coordination (optional):
Visit project sites for client meetings or updates.
Coordinate between client and execution team for smooth project flow.
