Job Description

Responsibilities

Generate and qualify leads through platforms (LinkedIn, Upwork, referrals, Lusha, Apollo.). Initiate and manage client communication with clarity, confidence, and professionalism. Understand client requirements and align them with company services (web/mobile/app/IT solutions). Prepare detailed proposals, pricing documents, and project pitches. Take full ownership of assigned leads and follow through till closure -- no drop-offs.

Maintain accountability for deadlines, targets, and reporting.

Coordinate effectively with technical teams for estimation and scope clarity.

Demonstrate leadership by taking initiative in solving client problems and closing deals.

Track all activities and pipeline updates in CRM regularly. Build and maintain long-term client relationships with trust and transparency. Stay updated with industry trends and recommend improvements. Represent the company at events, webinars, and virtual/in-person meetings.

Communicate proactively with both internal teams and external clients.

Exhibit flexibility with duty timings and shift schedules as per business needs.

Apply a dynamic sales approach combined with quick learning, adaptability, and effective implementation of new strategies.


Requirement and Skill

Education:



Graduate. BBA (preferably in Sales/Marketing/IT Management) or equivalent is preferred.

Business Development Executive (BDE) - Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Business(BBA), Marketing, IT, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or client handling (IT industry preferred). Basic understanding of software development, websites, and mobile apps. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) and MS Office. Ability to research and identify potential clients independently. Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and result-oriented mindset. Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team. Comfortable making cold calls and handling client queries. Time management and organizational skills.
