The Business Development Executive (Liver Team) will be responsible for driving the growth of liver-related therapies, diagnostics, or treatment solutions across the North East region. The role involves developing strong relationships with gastroenterologists, hepatologists, physicians, hospitals, and key healthcare stakeholders to expand market share and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Business Growth
Promote liver portfolio products to targeted doctors and healthcare professionals.
Drive prescription generation and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Identify new business opportunities across clinics, hospitals, and diagnostic centers.
Ensure availability and visibility of products across distributor and retailer channels.
2. Market Development
Conduct scientific discussions and product presentations to doctors and hospital teams.
Build long-term engagement with KOLs (gastroenterologists, hepatologists).
Organize CMEs, liver health awareness programs, and specialist meet-ups.
3. Territory Management (North East)
Maintain a structured coverage plan for major North East cities: Guwahati, Shillong, Imphal, Aizawl, Agartala, Dimapur, etc.
Regular field visits to increase product penetration in assigned territory.
Monitor competitor activities and share actionable insights.
4. Distribution & Supply Coordination
Coordinate with distributors/stockists to ensure adequate stock and timely replenishment.
Track secondary and tertiary sales and maintain smooth supply chain flow.
5. Reporting & Data Management
Submit daily call reports, sales updates, and activity trackers.
Maintain doctor data, call lists, and performance dashboards.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
