Job Description

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, networking, and online platforms.
  • Reach out to potential clients via email, phone, and meetings to present our products/services.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Understand client needs and offer solutions and support.
  • Prepare and deliver effective sales pitches and proposals.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and regularly update CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, etc.) to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to generate leads and represent the company.
Requirements * 0-2 years of experience in business development or sales (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
