Actively promote company products to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and other relevant stakeholders.
Routine Field & Doctor Visits:
Conduct regular field visits to meet existing and potential doctors/customers.
Build rapport and provide product information, samples, or updates.
Sales and Collection Targets:
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets as per company expectations.
Ensure timely collection of payments from clients and resolve any billing issues.
Customer Acquisition:
Identify and onboard new doctors and clients to expand the customer base.
Explore new business opportunities in assigned territories.
Relationship Management:
Maintain strong, long-term relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals.
Provide ongoing support and service to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Customer Service & Satisfaction:
Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Ensure timely delivery and service follow-ups.
Promotional Activities:
Organize and participate in promotional campaigns, medical camps, CME programs, and product presentations.
Collaborate with marketing teams for effective branding and visibility.
