We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive with at least 2 year of experience, The candidate will play a vital role in driving sales, converting leads, and building strong customer relationships to meet business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential customers and reach out to them through calls, meetings, and presentations.
Counsel students and parents on learning solutions and educational products.
Convert leads into long-term customers through effective need-based sales.
Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closing.
Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in CRM.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 year of proven sales experience
Strong communication and presentation skills in English, Tamil and Malayalam.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Graduation in any field (MBA/PG in Sales/Marketing is an added advantage).
Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
