Key Responsibilities
Operational Coordination: Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Finance, Legal, Admin, Real Estate) to progress BD deliverables and timelines.
Vendor Code Management: Ensure timely vendor code creation and cross-department validation.
Payment Follow-ups: Track and follow up with Finance for security deposits and rent payments to landlords.
Rentmaster Tracking: Monitor entries, track payment status, flag escalations, and ensure regular updates.
Documentation Control: Organize and maintain BD documents, agreements, and compliance applications.
Reports & Trackers: Maintain Google Sheets/Excel trackers for BD performance, property status, and payment workflows.
Cross-Functional Follow-ups: Drive timely responses and closures from Legal, Admin, Finance, and other teams.
Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Business/Real Estate background preferred)
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, data validation)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail; ability to handle time-sensitive tasks
Proven follow-up and coordination capability
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
