Position: Business Development Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
Proactively follow up with leads generated via social media, website, referrals, and other marketing channels.
Engage with prospective learners via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and online meetings to understand their learning needs.
Effectively pitch relevant courses, explain USPs, and resolve queries to ensure conversions.
Maintain long-term relationships with enrolled participants to drive referrals and repeat business.
Lead Management
Utilize CRM tools to track, manage, and nurture leads throughout the sales funnel.
Conduct timely and consistent follow-ups to convert inquiries into enrollments.
Maintain and update lead data accurately across platforms.
Reporting & Analytics
Generate and present weekly/monthly reports on lead conversion, sales performance, and campaign effectiveness.
Analyze CRM and engagement data to enhance conversion strategies and improve ROI.
