We are now looking for a
sharp, energetic and ownership-driven Business Development Executive
who will take
full responsibility for driving business for new and existing brands
under the group.

What You Will Own (Key Responsibilities)
1. Business Development & Growth
Identify, research and onboard
new clients, distributors, partners and channels
for different brands under the group.
Achieve
monthly and quarterly sales / lead targets
for each assigned brand.
Create and maintain a healthy
sales pipeline
through cold calls, warm leads, references and networking.
2. Vendor & Partner Management
Coordinate with
vendors, suppliers, and service partners
for ongoing and upcoming projects.
Negotiate
commercials, timelines, and deliverables
to ensure win-win partnerships.
Maintain strong relationships to enable smoother operations and better pricing over time.
3. Client Relationship & Account Handling
Act as the
first point of contact
for key clients for assigned brands with billing and CRM support.
Understand client requirements and coordinate internally to deliver
proposals, quotations, and solutions
on time.
Conduct regular
follow-ups, feedback calls, and upsell/cross-sell
opportunities.
4. Internal Coordination
Work closely with
marketing, operations, finance, design and management teams
to execute projects end-to-end.
Share
market feedback, competition insights and client pain points
to help shape brand and business strategy.
5. Tele calling & Lead Management
Daily
structured tele calling
to:
Follow up on old leads
Convert warm inquiries
Re-activate dormant clients
Maintain clean and updated records of all conversations in
CRM / Excel / lead tracker
.
6. Travel & On-Ground Activities
Short
local / regional travel
(within the zone) to meet clients, visit vendors, attend meetings, events or exhibitions as required.
Represent the brand professionally in
client pitches, vendor meetings and presentations
.
Who We're Looking For (Ideal Candidate Profile)
Experience:
1-3 years in Business Development / Sales / Client Servicing / Vendor Management
Freshers with strong communication skills and high hunger to learn may also be considered.
Education:
Graduate or +2 in any discipline. (MBA / Master's or PG in Marketing or Business is a plus, not mandatory). Excellent Communication skills in mandatory.
