Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Officer located in Gwalior. The Sales Officer will be responsible for customer service, lead generation, communication, sales operations, and channel sales on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities through effective marketing strategies and relationship-building with clients.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, conducting regular meetings and reviews to ensure satisfaction.

Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.Proactively identify sales prospects and conduct business development activities in the geography assigned.

Follow up on new leads and referrals to generate business.

Promote and demonstrate company products to clients, ensuring proper placement and visibility.

Conduct market research to identify trends and provide sales forecasts and reports.

Negotiate sales agreements, including pricing, delivery, and payment terms.Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Qualifications

Customer Service and Communication skills Lead Generation and Sales Operations skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree in Science or related field Fresher or 1 Year experience in the chemical or laboratory industry is a plus
