Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business leads through online platforms (LinkedIn, email, portals, etc.)
Assist in pitching IT services to prospective clients
Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams
Prepare proposals, presentations, and follow-up emails
Maintain client data and sales records
Support senior business development managers in sales activities
Research market trends, competitors, and potential clients
Required Skills
Good communication skills (verbal & written)
Basic understanding of IT services (Web, Mobile App, Software)
Willingness to learn sales and business development processes
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
Confidence in interacting with clients via calls and emails
