Key Responsibilities
Generate business through
Upwork bidding and freelance platforms
Apply for relevant
digital marketing projects
on Upwork
Write customized proposals for SEO, SMM, Google Ads, and branding services
Communicate with clients via
Upwork chat, email, and calls
Understand client goals and suggest suitable digital marketing strategies
Follow up with leads and convert prospects into paying clients
Maintain lead records, proposals, and deal status
Coordinate with internal marketing teams after deal closure
Achieve assigned
monthly revenue and sales targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
1-3 years of experience as
BDE / Upwork Specialist
in a
Digital Marketing Agency
Strong experience in selling
digital marketing services
Knowledge of
SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Performance Marketing
Excellent English communication skills
Strong proposal writing and negotiation skills
Target-oriented and self-motivated mindset
