The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.

Business Development Executive requirements and qualifications:



Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, IT Industry or similar field Minimum of 2years of experience and maximum 5 years of experience in sales, business development or similar role. Should have experience in IT Industry maximum of 2 year. Experience with CRM software Proficiency in MS Office Experience in managing and growing sales teams Excellent multitasking skills Ability to prioritize tasks Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to present and explain ideas to a variety of audiences Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work under pressure Strong customer service skills Ability to sell value and create credibility Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality

Responsibilities And Duties:



Candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, do cold calls, send cold emails, and focus on revenue generation for both domestic and International market. Candidate must be able to manage existing clients and act as point of contact for any queries or concerns. Candidate must be able to understand our services well and be able to explain the same to potential clients. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge. Continuously improve sales skills through training and development opportunities. Create compelling sales presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of our products or services. Understand client needs, challenges, and objectives to tailor solutions that meet their requirements. Cold calling, lead generation and market research, log lead generation, scheduling meeting Drive revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities through strategic negotiation and relationship-building. Strong communication and IT fluency Must be from technical background or have prior experience with IT industry

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
