We are looking for a Business Development Executive for lead generation who is eager to execute digital campaigns, generate qualified leads, and support growth initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work with ads, outreach, and data, and wants to grow into a performance or growth role.
Key Responsibilities
Execute lead generation campaigns across digital platforms
Run and monitor Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads under guidance
Create and optimize lead forms and landing pages
Generate leads through email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and basic SEO activities
Build and manage lead funnels from acquisition to qualification
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience in lead generation or growth marketing
Hands-on experience with Google Ads & LinkedIn Ads
Strong understanding of conversion optimization and funnel strategy
Knowledge of SEO basics, email marketing, and LinkedIn prospecting
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Good communication and coordination skills

Experience in B2B lead generation
Basic content understanding (ad copy, landing page content, blog inputs)
